I wouldn't advice using audio or flash to replace any useful semantic info the heading would convey. If you must use a flash heading you could embed it with the heading (wrapped up in a div) and use CSS to make the heading really tiny but still maintain its presence or use an IR technique to push it off page. Just don't replace a structural heading with a flash movie.
