that is my big gripe, I don't mind buying software, but I want to actually
BUY the software not rent it, and basically that is all that you are
getting a license to use it, but not to own your own copy, that's why I
go to the bookstore, if I wanted to borrow a book I would go to the
library.
in the early days of even M$ you bought thier software, you could use it
yourself. sell it to a friend, loan it out. (not copy it) because it was
"yours"
