RE: Accessibility of Salt Lake Olympic SiteI reccomend everyone with an
interest in this go to the following site:

It is quite informative.

  Thanks Mike

Yes I did mean JavaScript - just being lazy typing - but I take the point.
It is important to differentiate for clarity. Thanks:-)

    Denise,

I got that, I wish the guy who wrote the wave was still with us, he
would explain it to me. I think it is something with the Java script...lets
be clear here Java and JavaScript are different...though both can be
troublesome LOL

Ah yes - that was the problem I listed in my earlier email. I tried
with Lynx and got the same message. The site does need a no-frames text only
alternative to cater for users with browsers that don't support frames and
JAVA etc.

The reason I asked is because it seems as though the site has moved to
another server - hence the reason WAVE could not analyse it. I get this
message when I try to run WAVE:

      Welcome to the Official Site
of the 2002 Olympic Winter Games
The page you have requested either is temporarily unavailable,
outdated, or no longer exists on our servers. We apologize for

the inconvenience. This page will refresh in 15 seconds to the
      www.saltlake2002.com home page.

But if I try to run WAVE at that URL I go around in circles - ie I get
the same message again and am redirected back to itself. BIZARRE!!!!!!

      Denise
