Content Usable Review (Updated Dates)

Hello,

At yesterday's meeting, the AG group agreed to continue reviewing of Content
<https://raw.githack.com/w3c/coga/master/content-usable/index.html> Usable
<https://raw.githack.com/w3c/coga/master/content-usable/index.html>. We
plan to discuss it again at the May 19th meeting.

We are asking for feedback by *Wednesday, May 13th *and I have updated the
survey to reflect this due date.
