Visual indicator examples

Hi Lisa, but also everyone on the list,

Lisa volunteered to pull together some examples, but it's something anyone can contribute to.

I created a doc for this purpose here:

It's a variation on the last one, simpler because the SC text has a more narrow scope.

I've made a start, but I'm struggling to find examples which would not pass, so I'm hoping others have some ideas about where they can be found.

There is also a column for "Is it problematic?", which is a subject judgement at the moment, but it helps to assess whether it is catching the things is should.
