Ok, that got the most votes.

I’ve updated the response to 616, I’ll put in a change request.

It is a bit wide for what it covers, but actually less so than the WCAG 2.0 one.

I’d love to change the title of 1.4.3 to “Text contrast”, but I won’t raise an issue 😉

I could live with any of these.  To be in harmony with WCAG 2.0...I lean toward 3)  "Non-Text Contrast".
