[Jason] Yes, it's AAA - so don't apply it to content in respect of which it can't readily be satisfied. One of the distinguishing features of Level AAA success criteria is that they need not be applicable to all kinds of content. That is, we drop the general applicability requirement for level AAA success criteria.
