Hidden at the very top of the How To Meet SC 1.3.5 document is a proposal for new wording for the SC: <current> When content is arranged in a sequence that affects its meaning, that sequence can be programmatically determined <http://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/WCAG20/WD-WCAG20-20060224/appendixA.html> </current> <proposed> When the sequence of content is critical to its meaning, that sequence can be programmatically determined. </proposed> I should have included a survey item for this change, but I forgot!
