RE: Add at technique to 1.3.1

Ok

Lets try one that is more parse-able.

3rd general technique under 1.3.1

"3. Using an Accessibility API to make relationships that are conveyed
through presentation programmatically determinable.

Subject: Add at technique to 1.3.1

Here is the technique that should be added to 1.3.1 HTM

Add to Sufficient techniques

"3. Supporting the Accessibility API features for the technology used to
expose information and relationships (where the API is sufficient to expose
all information and relationships that are conveyed through presentation and
the API is supported by Assistive technology)."

This is long - but it allows us to provide the ground rules for proprietary
technologies that we cannot list specifically.
