RE: SMIL TECHNIQUE

They are not done.  The techniques doc for SMIL is nothing more than a code
snippet.  

 

Look at any other technique and you will see what should be in there.

 

Actually I will paste the Template into techiniques so you can see all the
parts that need filling in along with the instructions for doing it.
