Do we need to think about Ink ML in relation to Images or Otherwise for WCAG 2?

Folks,

As an action item, I promised to send this question to the list.

In our discussion today on the WCAG 2 call a question about drawings created in InkML, as in drawn on a screen (which transforms or translates the drawing into InkML), should these drawings be considered as 'images' or 'graphics' for our purposes?

None of us on the call were sufficiently knowledgable about InkML to respond effectively. Gregg did feel that the group may need to explore how InkML is relevant to WCAG as far as images go OR otherwise.

Those with interest in this topic please chime in.
