Techniques Task Force Meeting

Per previous post - we are having a special techniques drafting meeting
this week.  The approval by the working group of the task force and the
meeting was unanimous.  The new approved work statement is available at:
http://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/2006/01/wttf-draft.html   (we will remove "DRAFT"
label tomorrow)

The task force will be going through all of the success criteria in the
Understanding WCAG 2.0 document and identify at least one technique for each
situation - and be sure there at least rough draft writeups and tests for
them.

These will all then be reviewed and forwarded by the teams and the full
working group.
