I hope people in this working group check the W3C home page regularly. It's a good idea to keep track of other W3C work since WCAG will be effected by just about everything that the W3C does. http://www.w3.org/ Another way to track progress of W3C work is to check the Technical Reports page, where all of the current Recommendations, Proposed Recommendations, Candidate Recommendations, Working Drafts and Notes are listed. http://www.w3.org/TR/ Recently, the Device Independence Working Group published "Device Independence Principles." This is particularly relevant to our work. http://www.w3.org/TR/2001/WD-di-princ-20010918/ Current headlines on the W3C home page: - Extensible Stylesheet Language (XSL) Becomes a W3C Recommendation http://www.w3.org/TR/2001/REC-xsl-20011015/ - XML Events Working Draft Published http://www.w3.org/TR/2001/WD-xml-events-20011016/ - SOAP Version 1.2 Test Collection Published http://www.w3.org/2000/xp/Group/1/09/ts - W3C Announces Patent Policy Next Steps http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-patentpolicy-comment/2001Oct/1559 in response to WD: http://www.w3.org/TR/2001/WD-patent-policy-20010816/ - XHTML 1.0 Second Edition Working Draft Published http://www.w3.org/TR/2001/WD-xhtml1-20011004/ - SOAP 1.2 Working Drafts Published in 2 parts Messaging Framework http://www.w3.org/TR/2001/WD-soap12-part1-20011002/ Adjuncts http://www.w3.org/TR/2001/WD-soap12-part2-20011002/ - Character Model Working Draft Published http://www.w3.org/TR/2001/WD-charmod-20010928/ -- wendy a chisholm world wide web consortium web accessibility initiative seattle, wa usa /--
