1. This text seems odd for the Introductiion: "Roles are element types and should not change with time or user actions. Changing the role on an element from its initial value will likely be treated by accessibility API events as the removal of the old element and insertion of a new element with the new role." 2. Aside: section 2.4 interesting from ATAG perspective 3. Is this right? 4.2.2. Required States and Properties RDF Property role:supportedState 4. "Presentation" might be ambiguous - maybe "non-informative" would be more clear 5. An "incomplete" role might be useful 6. "8.3.1. Authoring Tools" is a little thin - maybe might mention supporting toolkits with built-in ARIA support? 7. Do "9.1 Implentations" need to be in the spec? 8. Glossary entries that differ with ATAG2: - Assistive Technology - Element - relationships -role 9. Glossary entries that are relatively similar to ATAG2: - Normative - Informative -User agent 10. This seemed like an interesting issue: http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/wai-xtech/2009Apr/0002.html Cheers, Jan -- Jan Richards, M.Sc.
