Re: useful contribution?

Hi,

In the attached document I have tried to make the ATAG 2.0 checkpoint 
rationales more consistent as William suggested. On the left side of the 
table are the old rationales (for comparison), on the right side are the 
new proposed ones. All defined terms will link to the glossary.

Thoughts?
