Susan Morrow, Marketing manager at Macromedia, came to a pf meeting in Washington recently. Wouldn't it be nicer if we could advise her on improvements to her 'guidelines'? She seemed more than willing to listen and learn. I get the impression that they really are trying, but like lots of us, there's a lot to learn. Regards DaveP
