Hello Justin,

I had the same problem as you do, but in fact it's quite simple to find 
out what you supposed to translate. Look at the top of the source code 
page, 2nd line.

As for not closed P tags, I've noticed them to and I've added them 
manually. I'm not sure why templates look like this (to be honest on the 
page I've translated almost every tag was not closed, TABLE, DIV, TR 
etc.). Also as CE Whitehead said, I'd translate the content of the text 
in blocks.

When you'll modify the _right_ file (*.tmpl), I'm pretty sure that it 
will be good to add Bert Bos (bert [at] w3.org) into a carbon copy.
