"WCAG 2.0" translation

Hi Coralie

I've sent you a link to the belorussian translation of WCAG 2.0 
(http://www.fatcow.com/edu/wai-be/) but for 4 months or more you cant't 
publish link in the list with unoficial translations 
(http://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG20/translations). Would you like to do this 
because it's extremely important for the Belarusian audience.
