German Intention of translation

Dear Mr. Ishida, Dear Translators, 

 

we are a  German company specialized in XML programming and related fields.
And we would like to help with the translation of the articles, best
practice & tutorials page into German. Please provide us with the PHP source
files for the topics mentioned below.
