Hello, Re that diffs document, I've already done translation and hosted it at <http://standards.mitsue.co.jp/resources/w3c/TR/2010/WD-html5-diff-20100304/> And you can get the latest version at http://standards.mitsue.co.jp/resources/w3c/TR/html5-diff/ .
