CSS Validator Arabic Translation Approval

Hello,

As I see from http://esw.w3.org/CssValidator/Localization the CSS Validator tool is localized in Chinese Simplified, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese (Brazilian), Spanish, Swedish, Russian and Korean and there is no Arabic translation of it. I have checked http://qa-dev.w3.org:8001/css-validator/translations.html It is not translated in my language.
I do see a few Arabic translations on http://www.w3.org/International/articlelist.ar.php?changelang=ar and a few more in http://www.w3.org/2005/11/Translations/Lists/ListLang-ar.html of other documents, but none for the CSS Validator. I am ready to announce start of an Arabic translation using http://www.w3c.org.ma/Glossary/glossary.ar.html as the default vocabulary. I have downloaded http://www.w3.org/QA/Tools/css-validator/translation_kit.zip Is there anything else I should do to start the translation? I would be interested in several more texts / languages as well, if I'll manage this one well enough.

Sincerely,
Marcis Gasuns
