Dear Coralie, I am obliged to you for your enthusiastic reply. I have read carefully the "W3C Policy for Authorized W3C Translations" you recommended and began to make contact with the stakeholders that will be involved throughout the project these days. This work may take a long time. Two organization– “China Disabled Persons’ Federation (CDPF)” and “IBM China Human Ability & Accessibility Center (CHAAC)” responded our proposal at present. Our university president and I will seek more stakeholders and try our best to promote this cooperation. When we have made ready for action, we will express our intention to become the LTO for developing an authorized translation of WCAG 2.0 into Chinese Simplified. Thanks again for your concern about our work. If you have any questions, you can contact us anytime for further information about what you need. Best Regards!
