Hello Nilgün

As one would expect, the W3C attaches importance to the quality of the
content we include in the Translations database.

All volunteer translations bear a disclaimer that indicates that the
translation may contain errors and that the normative version remains the
one in English hosted on the W3C website.

We have a process that can be likened to the reviewed translations you
mention. It is the Authorized W3C Translations.
