RU. Planning to translate Quick TIPS from WAI

Hello Coralie.

I'm planning to translate WAI quick tips to Russian.

Meanwhile i've already informed maillist about translation of

and did not received any reply :( Is it correct? I've validated it
yesterday - everything is ok. Am I doing something wrong? Please
assist me if so.
