Hello

You may go ahead and proceed as no version in Thai exists, yet, cf.
<http://www.w3.org/2005/11/Translations/Query?lang=any&translator=any&date=any&docSelection=choose&rec=none&note=none&tut=none&wai=wai_intro&i18n=none&qa=none&misc=none&sorting=byTechnology&output=FullHTML&submit=Submit>

I have added wai@w3.org in the to: field so that they are notified.

In case you are new to the Translations, I recommend you read the
instructions summarized at
   http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/w3c-translators/2006JulSep/0047.html

Let us know when you are done.
Thanks in advance.

Coralie
