OK, here is the feedback. Thanks!

1) It appears there is no disclaimer prominently disclosed.
Usually at the top, the disclaimer is mandatory and contains:

    1. the original URL, the status of the document, and its original
copyright notice.
    2. [statemant] that the normative version of the specification is the
English version found at the W3C site.
    3. [statemant] that the translated document may contain errors from the
translation.

(cf. http://www.w3.org/Consortium/Legal/IPR-FAQ-20000620#translate)

2) It appears all links from the original document are not available in
your transaltion

3) The HTML validator finds 906 errors, cf.
<http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.submitedge.com%2Fhindi-ws-addr-metadata-20070904.html&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=Inline&group=0>

4) The CSS validator found 50 errors and 2508 warnings, cf.
<http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/validator?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.submitedge.com%2Fhindi-ws-addr-metadata-20070904.html&warning=1&profile=css21&usermedium=all>

Thanks in advance for fixing this (or as much as you can).

Best,
Coralie
