Cool, but Russian translation does not pass a simple spell check:

And there are various stylistic errors.
In addition, it has a strange DTD (HTML40-plus-blink.dtd), and
invalid encoding (specified "iso-8859-2", used "windows-1251").
Apart from that, would you be able to maintain it continuously, in
parallel with the original version?
