Dear Aleksandr Pyramidin

Shall I use this URI for your translation of XML 1.0?
   http://alepira.ural.ru/xml/xml1/index.htm

I found it searching our translations database:
   http://www.w3.org/2005/11/Translations/Lists/OverviewRecsTrans.html#Alexander_Pyramidin

I am taking this opportunity to contact you for a 3rd time about a problem
I had noticed last August with your translation of XHTML 1.1.
Here is what I had written you in August and then in December. I hope this
message will rech you.

Dear Alexander Pyramidin

I have taken over the monitoring of the translations and I'm going over
the translations that are in our database to check whether they comply
with the instructions on the W3C Translations page [1] and the W3C's
intellectual rights FAQ [2].

I am contacting you about your transation at
   http://alepira.ural.ru/xhtml11/overview.html

of
XHTML™ 1.1 - XHTML на базе модулей
     Translation of the document: “XHTML™ 1.1 - Module-based XHTML”.
Translator: Александр Пирамидин (Alexander Pyramidin).

There is no disclaimer, neither at the top of the page, nor at the bottom.
As is, it does not comply with the instructions on the W3C Translations
page [1] and with item 2. of the W3C's intellectual rights FAQ [2] (the
copyright notice is included in the document, although translated):

   [[
Prominently disclose in the target language the following 3 items:

    1. the original URL, the status of the document, and its original
copyright notice.
    2. that the normative version of the specification is the English
version found at the W3C site.
    3. that the translated document may contain errors from the translation.
   ]]

Also, the encoding seems wrong because the page only displays questions
marks.

And I have run the validator on the page is 210 errors are found:
   http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Falepira.ural.ru%2Fxhtml11%2Foverview.html

I was wondering if you could fix the encoding and markup.

Thanks in advance for your consideration.
Best regards,
Coralie
