I have ran the validator on your document and 6 errors were found:

So I downloaded your document and ran tidy on it (tidy -m -utf8 -asxhtml  
infoset.html). I have attached the revised version, for your convenience,  
if you want to replace it online.

Also, you might want to start thinking about leaving the copyright notice  
untranslated.
