Dear Gaston, I have forwarded your question to the Activity Lead and here is the advice I was given: they should not be translated, because they are referred to literally in other specifications. But a glossary at the end of the specification, translating the terms, would be OK, as would explaining what the terms mean along with the first use, where necessary.
