[Grupo A] - [Spanish] traslation purpose

Hi W3C friends,

I represent the traslation team of a spanish workgroup called "Grupo A".
"Grupo A" is composed of several Computer Engineering students who are
interested in Computer accesibility, specially in easing the life of
disabled people through the usage of computers.

If there is not any problem, we would like to traslate into Spanish the
following documents:
