Good day, I would like to translate some of your recommendations (XHTML 1.0, CSS 2.1, HTML 4.01) to czech and put them onto my new webpages (www.xhtmlweb.com) which should be whole about webdesign. I've read your FAQ so I know I cannot change semantic of your document but can I redesign it? I should also write to autors of each document, should I write to all of them? Thank you Bronislav Klucka
