Links in this page are like:
"file:///C:/WINDOWS/TEMP/REC-xml-19980210-tw.htm#dt-compat".
you intension should be like:
"http://203.67.6.21/doc/簡報/20000328/規格書.htm#dt-compat".

Am I right?
