ISO88591?

Dear editors

Could I change the spelling "ISO88591" in section 24.2 and 
refrerence into "ISO8859-1"?

I don't know whether "ISO 88591" (not "ISO 8859-1") 
really be or not be, but I think it's ambiguous.
