straw poll etiquette

A straw poll, whether in a teleconference or by email, is a 'round table' 
process where the chair is asking wg members where they stand on an issue.

Please would wg members refrain from taking issue with other WG members 
responses.

If you have something new to add to the debate, then feel free to start a 
new thread to discuss it, but it does seem pointless to repeat things that 
have been said many times before.
