Issue: the interactions of creationdate with Bind operations is not specified.

Proposed Text:
"The live property 'DAV:creationdate' refers to the date of creation of the
resource.  Thus, use of the BIND, REBIND or UNBIND methods SHOULD NOT affect the
value of this property for a resource which already existed and continues to exist."
