Web page improvements

Hello,

Michael Sperberg-McQueen observed yesterday that there were no links
from the meeting logistics page to the agendas and minutes. That was an
oversight.

This morning, I tried to tidy up the main QT4CG.org page and the meeting
logistics page. I also fixed my sloppy use of synchronous HTTP requests
when querying for open pull requests and branches.

Please let me know if you can think of any way to improve the pages.
