Implementation of xml:id as a SAX filter

For the record, I've got an implementation of a SAX2 filter that
functions as an xml:id processor. I'll post it somewhere as soon as I
can; someone's gone and tinkered with the bureaucratic hurdles
I need to go through to publish source code. Even 158 lines of SAX
filter, apparently. Sigh.
