Re: Homeless WebID spec on w3.org

I think we're done. 

With Stephane Corlosquet's help we put it together so that the spec is at

 http://www.w3.org/2005/Incubator/webid/spec/

and it points to all the previous ones published there, which do so in turn.

Is that ok?
