Copy HTML stream from existing (RDFa working) blogspot page (as rendered) to file, and then upload to azure blob storage service. Set blob endpoint to return text/html, Etags etc. Stuff Azure's blob URI in re-issued cert. Puts lots of different URIs in the SAN field, hoping one works.
