A web resource is accessible via the web protocols: HTTP, | HTTPS or SOAP. The current text seems to implicitly define a "Web Resource" as "something that's accessed through HTTP or HTTPS or SOAP". It's more accurate to phrase the protocol as a constraint on the interactions that we consider; I'm therefore proposing to change the text as follows (and making a corresponding edit in the Wiki): | This Working Group is focused on user interaction with web resources | that are accessed through HTTP, HTTPS or SOAP. I also sense that we might need to talk more about the extent to which talking about security context information specific to SOAP and Web Services might be a Goal or a non-Goal.
