Hi all,

I've turned the point form list we agreed to in last week's telecon into
a first draft of the section text. See:

Please pick the nits soon. After a week or so, I'll move the content
into the XML version of our first Public Note, which hopefully will mean
we've pretty much decided on the text.

I think I'll follow this same progression for the other sections of the
Note. We put down a point form list in the wiki, then turn that into
draft text, then move it into the XML version when we think it's about
right.
