Re: WS-MEX editorial nit

I would normally just do this but I'm not sure about the process since 
we're in the middle of taking a snapshot for CR.  Can you open an issue so 
we don't forget to fix this once I can touch the doc again?

WS-MEX editorial nit






The description of [Body]/mex:GetMetadata@Content contains redundant text. 
Specifically, the second sentence of the first paragraph says "When this 
attribute is not present, the default content form IRI is '
http://www.w3.org/2002/ws/ra/edcopies/ws-mex/Content/Any'." Four sentences 
later it says "When not present the default value is 
"http://www.w3.org/2002/ws/ra/edcopies/ws-mex/Content/Any"." We should 
remove one or the other of these sentences.
