I believe that the ws-enum spec got out of sync with ws-eventing. The
"UnsupportedExpirationTime" fault in ws-enum is not used and therefore I
believe it should be converted to the "UnsupportedExpirationType" fault.
That should align the two specs. If people agree with this then I'll
treat this as an editorial fix and make it before Tuesday's call.

In section 4.1, under the
[Body]/wsen:Enumerate/wsen:NewContext/wsen:Expires
description, it is stated that the data source MUST generate a
wsen:UnsupportedExpirationType fault, however, the fault type is not
included
in the contents of section 5.
