Geoff, I used the phrase "something like" to indicate that my definition was cursory and incomplete. I suspect the final definition will require a specific rule such as "if you Create {this} then a Get on /wst:CreateResponse/wst:ResourceCreated will return {that}", where {this} and {that} are 'equivalent XML' (baring whitespace changes etc.)." The answer to all your examples lies in what the client gets back when it does a Get on the newly created resource.
