Bob,
  issue 6649 seems pretty easy and well formed - plus since its mainly 
editorial (and is in the category of making all of the specs look alike) 
I'd like to see if we can have the editors perform that kind of cleanup 
stuff earlier rather than later.  Can we have this near the top of the 
agenda for the next conf call?
