closed action item 8 -- entering new issues

All,

Per my action item 8 [4]...

The WS-Policy Bugzilla category [1] is now "live" and waiting for your
issues.

For all of you who have raised new issues via email (with the NEW ISSUE:
convention), please enter it into
bugzilla. You may need to create an account if you have not previously
used the w3c bugzilla instance.

Please assign yourself (using your email address) as the owner (although
"ownership" in this case means that
you are the "steward" for the issue... not necessarily the one responsible
for producing a proposal, just responsible
for keeping the issue history up to date and for instigating the email
thread (or other communications) to get the
discussion and proposal building process started.

For a primer on using bugzilla, Ashok provided us [2] with the link to the
QT bugzilla FAQ page... Paul and
I will be reviewing this to see if a WS-Policy specific version of the
same needs to be provided. In the
interim, the QT version should suffice.

As a reminder, here are the links to new issues I culled from the email
archives by submitter. If you think that an issue
is missing from the list below, then please do add it into bugzilla. If
you have new issues that have not been raised,
then by all means, please do so.
