Understanding Web Services Policy

Microsoft is pleased to contribute the 'Understanding Web Services Policy' white paper (attached document) to the Web Services Policy WG. 

We hope that this white paper helps the WG as input material for one of its deliverables (see the excerpt below).

"The Working Group may also:
Author a primer that includes guidance on the use of policy expressions to facilitate Web services interoperability and guidelines for authoring policy assertions," [1]
