Actually, I'd like to see these questions raised as issues for the Test
Suite so that we 
can track them, just as with any other issue. 

I have created a new issue to track this:

Note to Felix, I was scouring the minutes and couldn't find the text you
quoted from Frederick. 
Maybe I was looking in the wrong place. If you could update the issue with
that reference, I would be 
grateful.
