ACTION-164 [Scenarios] Prepare PDF document with licensing text from Felix and list of editors - Asir Vedamuthu
ACTION-166 [Scenarios] send the licensing text to Asir - Felix Sasaki
ACTION-167 [Scenarios] check in the PDF document + test cases (using a new initial directory 'interop' - Asir Vedamuthu


COMPLETED - Interop scenarios and test cases are at http://dev.w3.org/cvsweb/2006/ws/policy/interop/.

If there aren't any issues, Prasad will send a link to the interop scenarios and test cases to the WG tomorrow after 5 PM Pacific.
